HOW TO PLAY

[For 4-12 Players]

1. Place all the available KILLERS in the play area. Each player rolls a die. The player with the highest number selects a KILLER to represent them on the battlefield, then moving clockwise, each player selects their own unique KILLER.

2. Each KILLER randomly draws an EVENT CARD from the EVENT DECK and keeps the card face-down in their play area (Players may not look at their held event cards).

3. To determine play order, each player rolls a die. The player with the highest number performs a single ACTION on their turn. (Attack, Block, Skill, or Event). Play continues clockwise, with each player performing a single ACTION on their turn.

4. The last killer alive is the WINNER.

ACTIONS

There are four different actions a player can choose to perform on their turn:

ATTACK: Deal damage to a target killer’s health equal to your killer’s attack stat.

BLOCK: The next time your killer would receive damage, subtract your killer’s block stat from the assigned damage. Blocking lasts until the killer's next turn or until the killer is damaged.

SKILL: Each killer has a unique skill. Use these skills to make alliances and strategically eliminate your opponents.

EVENT CARD: Use your event card. Event cards can only be used once and are then shuffled back into the event deck.

EVENT CARDS RULEs

• Players may not look at their held event cards.

• Whenever a killer eliminates another killer, they steal any event cards held by the
dead killer. If the killer held no event cards, draw a new card from the event deck instead.

• If no killers hold an event card, each killer draws a new event card.

STATUS EFFECTS

Some skills and event cards apply status effects to killers, including:

BLEEDING: Killer takes 1 damage at beginning of their turn until game ends or status is cured.

MAIMED: Killer cannot attack or block during their next turn.

CHARMED: Killer cannot deal damage to the charmer. Killer loses charmed status if damaged by the charmer. Final two killers cannot be charmed.
